- OLD MALAYSIA CURRENCY FOR SALE.I have all the denominations from 1st series onwards until the latest. The hobby of collecting Malaysia old currency or banknotes has recently become very popular. If you intend to enhance your current collection, or are just starting to collect, you will find a great selection of banknotes here, or some of you may want to keep a "little history" of Malaysia with its currencies. BANKNOTE GRADING
UNC (Uncirculated) - A perfectly preserved note, not handled by the issuing suthority, bank teller, public or a collector, has sharp edge and no discoloration. Notes are firm and crisp. Mint Condition. However, some banknotes of this type often show very light counting fold, which do not affect the appearance of the note.
AU (About Uncirculated) - Virtually a perfect note with some minor handling evidence. May show very slight of counting fold, could be at the corner or through the center, but not both. This not cannot be creased which usually affect the appearance of the note. Note is clean and bright and no round corners.
EF (Extremely Fine) - The note is very attractive with only light handling. It consist of 3 light folds or 1 strong crease. The note is clean and firm, without discoloration, no round corners.
VF (Very Fine) - This note is attractive. It may have several folds both vertically and horizontally, with more evidence of handling and wear. Note may have little dirt or color smudging. Note is crisp and note floppy. No tears exist in the border, but the edges may show slight wear but not full rounding.
